A 14-Hour Full Day Excursion with Lunch and Dinner Included. Your experience will start with a guided tour of the most famous monument in Greece, the Acropolis. You will have the opportunity to marvel and learn everything about the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechthion and off course the Parthenon, all located on the sacred rock of the Acropolis. For your Acropolis tour, our guide will also provide an iPad mini per person. Through the special augmented reality program of the iPad, while moving it, you will be able to see a full 3D colored reconstruction of statues, buildings and ancient objects in Real Time.

You will then continue walking to the picturesque Plaka, the old part of the city. Pass by the Ancient Agora, the Roman Agora, Hadrian’s library, the Tower of the winds and more. Enjoy a short break for a coffee or refreshment to one of the numerous cafes in the area.

Your walk will bring you to the New Acropolis Museum. A guided tour there will help you extend your perspective of Ancient Athens and marvel the different findings of the Acropolis area.

Once your sightseeing of the famous sites is over, you will indulge in a delicious lunch under the stunning view of the Parthenon.

The second part of your tour will be with a private and comfortable vehicle. You will be picked up by the restaurant you had lunch or by your hotel, and before heading to Cape Sounio, you will have a short city tour to admire other famous landmarks, such as the Panathenaic Stadium, the monument of the Unknown Soldier and the Temple of Zeus. The drive along the impressive coastline of Attica is a beautiful experience on its own, offering fantastic views. Time permitting, we can make a stop for a refreshing dip at one of Attica's organized beaches or relax the body and mind at the thermal waters of Lake Vouliagmeni.

Once you have marveled the Temple of Poseidon and the Aegean Sea, the group can visit the small, historical port-town of Lavrio to enjoy a delicious dinner of locally caught seafood or enjoy a seafood dinner at a restaurant overlooking the Temple of Poseidon.
