Paros island is part of the Cycladic islands known for its traditional villages, beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters, and breathtaking landscapes.

Some of Paros beaches are sandy, and captivating rock formations surround others.  There are also other exceptional and unique beaches that are small coves giving vacationers an experience of having a private beach!
The traditional villages of Naoussa and Parikia are not to be missed.  The Venetian fortress in Naoussa village is a landmark; the castle is half submerged in the sea and connected to the island with a narrow path!  This is an ideal attraction especially for those that are into photography. Parikia, on the other hand, is the capital and the main port area in Paros.  It has boutique shops, old churches and a maze of whitewashed buildings.  Both Naoussa and Parikia also have a vivid nightlife.

The cuisine in Paros includes fresh fish, dairy and fresh vegetables and fruits!  Some dinner entrees feature a delicious mix of these local ingredients and they are not to be missed!

This island attracts young adults, couples looking for romance and of course, it is a great family destination. Because of its close proximity, many visitors plan to see Naxos, Paros, and Antiparos.
